Purpose
This policy outlines the licensing terms under which all content published in Digital & Social Review is made available to readers, authors, and the broader scholarly community.

Open Access License
Digital & Social Review is an open access journal. All articles published in the journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) .

License Deed
Under the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license, anyone is free to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.

  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

These freedoms are granted subject to the following terms:

  • Attribution — Users must give appropriate credit to the original author(s) and the source, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Attribution may be satisfied by linking to the published article on the journal's website and citing the author(s) and journal in any standard bibliographic citation format.

  • No Additional Restrictions — Users may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

Author Rights
Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant Digital & Social Review the right of first publication. By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to have their work published under the CC BY 4.0 license.

Third-Party Content
If an article includes images, graphs, or other content owned by third parties, it is the author's responsibility to obtain permission from the copyright holder for the material to be published under the CC BY 4.0 license. Any third-party material should be clearly identified and attributed.
