APC Policy

Digital & Social Review  is committed to supporting the scholarly community. To encourage the submission of high-quality research, the journal does not charge any fees for manuscripts submitted on or before December 31, 2025.
​Upcoming Fee Change (Effective January 1, 2026)
​Starting January 1, 2026, the journal will introduce a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) of 50 USD for all accepted manuscripts.
Applicability: The fee applies only to manuscripts submitted on or after January 1, 2026.
​Purpose: This fee is used to cover the costs of digital hosting, DOI registration, and editorial management systems to ensure the continued quality and visibility of your work.
​Payment Timing: The fee is only payable after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication following peer review. There are no charges for rejected submissions.
